InnovalQ AI Edumatrix TechX Services provides digital educational content, online training programmes, skill development courses, and technology-based services. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital access, all sales are considered final upon successful payment and activation.

By completing a purchase or activating a subscription on our platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for any subscription plan, course purchase, programme enrolment, or digital service, whether partial or full.
• Refunds will not be granted on the basis of non-usage, dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, change of mind, or technical issues attributable to the user's own device or internet connection.
• No refunds will be provided if a user is removed from the platform due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or acceptable use policy.
• Promotional pricing, discounted plans, and free trial conversions are non-refundable once activated.

As our products are entirely digital and delivered electronically, there is no physical product to return. Once access to any course, content, or platform feature has been granted, the transaction is complete and non-reversible.

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate payment caused by a verified technical error on our payment system.
• Payment processed after a subscription was officially confirmed as cancelled in our system prior to the billing date.

Any exception is at the sole discretion of InnovalQ AI Edumatrix TechX Services and is not guaranteed. To raise a billing concern, contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where unauthorised chargebacks are initiated.

When you subscribe to any plan or programme offered by InnovalQ AI Edumatrix TechX Services, your subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment. At this point, full access to the subscribed content or service is granted and the subscription terms become binding.

Once a subscription is active, it cannot be cancelled mid-cycle. You will retain access to your subscribed content for the full term of your current billing period. No pro-rated refund or credit will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.

If your subscription is set to auto-renew, you must submit a cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next billing date to prevent renewal. Cancellations received after this window will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle, and the renewal payment will not be refunded.

To cancel your auto-renewal or manage your subscription:

• Log in to your account and navigate to Subscription Settings.
• Contact our support team via the official contact page at www.innovalqtechnologies.com at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

Cancellation requests submitted through any other channel (such as social media or unofficial contact) will not be accepted or actioned.

InnovalQ AI Edumatrix TechX Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms & Conditions, without prior notice and without any entitlement to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

By completing your purchase and activating a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with any purchase on this platform.
